At Olive Behavior Care, my vision has always been about more than just therapy sessions or treatment goals. I started Olive because I wanted families to feel truly supported, cared for, and understood throughout their journey. 

After years of working with children and families, I saw how often parents were looking for care that felt more personal, compassionate, and connected. Too often, therapy felt overly clinical or impersonal, and families were left wanting providers who genuinely cared about their child as a whole, not just the skills they were working on.

I created Olive Behavior Care with the belief that meaningful growth happens through trust, connection, play, and supportive relationships. I wanted to build a practice where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn, while families feel heard, supported, and never alone in the process.

Olive is committed to never loose sight of the values it was built on: compassion, collaboration, and individualized care. I believe children make the most meaningful progress when therapy feels natural, engaging, emotionally supportive, and tailored to their unique strengths and needs.

My hope for the future is to continue expanding access to high-quality, relationship-focused care while keeping the warmth and personal connection that families deserve. I also hope we can continue making a positive impact in the community by helping create more understanding, inclusion, and support for children of all developmental abilities.
